1 General Terms & Conditions

4 Withdrawals & Settlement

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Bank transfers may take up to 2–4 business days to process.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• We may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold if a security review is required.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offers

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 20x–40x).
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit after claiming. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device will result in all bonuses being voided.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when using the Sports Betting section of 9bd com:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless a technical error is proven.
• Odds published before an event begins are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is placed will apply.
• In live betting, if an event is suspended, cancelled, or incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment on any bet where match-fixing or suspicious activity is identified.

7 Casino Rules

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• The account has had no activity for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• By court order or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• A self-exclusion request is submitted voluntarily.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon closure.
